Dian Siswarini is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as the President Director of Telkom Indonesia.

Previously, she served as President Director & CEO of PT XL Axiata Tbk (2015–2025), President Commissioner of PT Hypernet Indonesia (2022–2025), and Commissioner of PT Link Net Indonesia (2014–2022). Dian has also held several strategic positions at PT XL Axiata Tbk, including Group Chief of Marketing & Operation Officer (2014–2015), Director of Digital Service (2011–2014), and Director of Network Service (2007–2011).

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1991 and completed the Executive Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2013.

Muhammad Awaluddin is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as Vice President Director of Telkom Indonesia.

He completed his undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering from Sriwijaya University in 1990, earned a degree in Business Administration in 1998, and later obtained a Management degree from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2016.

Arthur Angelo Syailendra is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as the Director of Finance and Risk Management of Telkom Indonesia.

He holds a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering with a concentration in Economics and Finance from Stanford University (2007) and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan (2006).

Veranita Yosephine is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as Director of Enterprise & Business Service of Telkom Indonesia.

She completed her undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2000, pursued Business Administration studies at INSEAD in 2016, and attended the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in 2019.

Before joining Telkom Indonesia, Veranita gained extensive experience at various multinational companies, including serving as CEO of AirAsia Indonesia (2019–2025), Sales Director at The Kraft Heinz Company (2017–2019), and Sales Development Director at Danone (2014–2017). She also held roles as Supply Chain Director and Sales Director at Danone (2010–2014), and earlier in her career served as Sales Manager at Danone (2006–2009) and British American Tobacco Indonesia (2001–2006).

Nanang Hendarno is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as Director of Network of Telkom Indonesia.

He earned his Master’s degree in Space System Engineering from Delft University of Technology in 1997 and his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya, in 1991.

Before assuming his current role, Nanang held several strategic positions, including Chief Executive Officer of PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (2022–2025), Chief of Technology at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (2016–2022), and Executive General Manager of Service Operation Division at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2015–2016).

Seno Soemadji is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as Director of Strategic Business Development & Portfolio of Telkom Indonesia.

Earlier in his career, he also held positions such as Director Key Account at Oracle (2012–2017), Practice Manager at IBM (2009–2012), and various consulting roles including Managing Consultant at Accenture Netherlands, Principal Consultant at Oracle Indonesia, Consultant at Capgemini, and Oracle Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Henry Christiadi is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as Director of Human Capital Management of Telkom Indonesia.

He earned his Doctorate in Strategic Management from Universitas Padjadjaran (2018), a Master’s degree in Management from Universitas Trisakti (2004), and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Telkom (1997).

Before assuming his current position, Henry had an extensive career within the Telkom Group. He served as Vice Rector II for Resources at Telkom University (2022–2025), Head of Supervisory Board of Telkom University Endowment Fund (2024–2025), and Head of Telkom Endowment Fund at PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk (2021–2025). He was also President Director of PT PINS Indonesia (2019–2022), Vice President of Regulatory at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (2012–2019), and General Manager of Enterprise Segment Government & Public Services (2008–2012).

Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as Director of IT Digital of Telkom Indonesia.

He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource from Universitas Brawijaya (2019), a Master of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan (1998), and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (1991).

Honesti Basyir is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as Director of Wholesale & International Service of Telkom Indonesia.

He earned his degree in Industrial Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1992 and later pursued studies in Corporate Finance at Telkom University in 2004.

Honesti has extensive experience in various state-owned enterprises, including serving as Director of Group Business Development at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2023–2025), President Director of PT Bio Farma (Persero) (2019–2023), and President Director of PT Kimia Farma Tbk (2017–2019). Previously, he also served as Director of Wholesale and International Service (2014–2017) and Director of Finance (2012–2014) at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
