More than 50% of this capital expenditure was allocated to digital connectivity expansion, such as the development of fiber optic networks, telecommunications towers, satellites, and submarine cables. This step further emphasizes the company's commitment to providing high-speed internet services and equitable digital access throughout Indonesia.

The implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles is a key focus for the company to achieve sustainable, transparent, and responsible business practices. The results indicated that Telkom's GHG emissions data was declared "unmodified," indicating no significant findings.
