Octavius Oky Prakarsa is an Indonesian citizen, born on November 20, 1983, and domiciled in Indonesia. was appointed as Corporate Secretary on June 2024 till present. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Nottingham.

The Corporate Secretary is a key corporate function responsible for facilitating internal communication within the company, make a connection between the company and its shareholders, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring the company’s compliance with the applicable rules and regulations in the field of capital market.

Telkom has appointed a Vice President (“VP”) of Investor Relations who also performs tasks and duties of a Corporate Secretary in accordance with the Financial Services Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 regarding Corporate Secretaries of Issuers or Public Companies. The Investor Relations is responsible for preparing and providing information between the Company and its shareholders in line with the established code of ethics, and for maintaining a systematic feedback mechanism to management in order to respond efficiently, effectively, and sustainably to shareholder and capital market dynamics.
